Refund & Return Policy

We ask that you review this policy carefully before placing your order. At Jaga Pari, each ring is crafted on-demand to your specifications—so while we aim to make your experience seamless, certain return conditions differ from off-the-shelf products.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

1.1 Standard Returns

If your ring is unused, in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery date, you may request a refund or exchange.

  • Your ring must be unworn, unaltered, and free of damage.

  • The box and all original documentation (certificate, polishing cloth, etc.) must be included.

  • You will be responsible for the insured return shipping cost.

1.2 Customised / Made-to-Order Items

Many JAGA PARI rings are made-to-order (custom size, gold colour, diamond size). Because of this:

  • Customised items (e.g., altered gold colour, bespoke diamond size, non-standard ring size) are not eligible for full refund—only exchange or store credit may apply.

  • Standard-size rings (not customised) that meet the conditions above are eligible for refund or exchange.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at hello@jagapari.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.
  2. Provide:
    - Order number
    - Date of delivery
    - Reason for return (optional)
    - Whether you prefer a refund, exchange or store credit
  3. Once your request is approved, you may arrange your own insured shipping.
  4. We must receive the ring in our atelier within 14 days of your authorisation for the refund/exchange to be valid.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

3.1 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (both initial and return) are non-refundable.

  • It may take up to 10 business days after receipt for the refund to reflect on your account.

  • If the ring shows wear, damage, resizing or missing packaging/documentation, a partial refund may apply or the return may be declined.

3.2 Exchanges

  • Exchange is subject to availability.

  • If the replacement item is higher priced, you will be asked to pay the difference.

  • If it is lower priced, the difference will be issued as store credit.

3.3 Store Credit

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.

  • It is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Returns must be insured for full value, and tracked, and delivered to the address we provide.
  • We recommend using a signature-required courier and retaining proof of submission.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or request changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost.

  • After the 24-hour window, production begins and cancellations may not be accepted or may incur a fee (up to 25% of order value) to cover material and labour.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable / non-refundable:

  • Customised rings (resized, gold colour change, diamond size change) after production begins

  • Gift cards

  • Engraved items, unless faulty

  • Rings where the security seal/certification has been removed or altered

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a ring that is faulty, damaged during shipping or that does not match your order details:

  • Contact us at hello@jagapari.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and description of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you (including shipping)

8. International Returns

  • International customers may still return within the 30-day window, but are responsible for packing, shipping, customs fees and insurance.
  • We recommend obtaining proof of export and import clearance to avoid customs delays or charges.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with date of update. Continued use of the Site and acceptance of an order indicates your acceptance of the then-current policy.
