This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your JAGA PARI order will arrive.

1. Production Timeline

Each JAGA PARI ring is made-to-order.

Please allow up to 4–5 weeks for crafting, quality inspection, stone certification, and final polishing before shipment

We will notify you by email as soon as your order enters production and again once it ships.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We ship from our European atelier or US warehouse using trusted international and US couriers.

United States:

• Free Express Shipping
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after production

Europe:

• Free Express Shipping
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after production

Rest of the World:

• Free Worldwide Shipping
• Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

3. Full Insurance & Tracking

Every order is shipped:

• Fully insured
• Tracked in real time
• Signature-required upon delivery

Your ring is protected from our atelier all the way to your hands.

Tracking information will be sent to your email immediately once your package ships.

4. Taxes, Duties & Customs

United States:

Most orders enter duty-free. Any applicable state taxes are calculated at checkout.

Other Countries:

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

For customs reasons, we do not include any invoices or commercial documents inside the parcel.

Your purchase receipt is available in your email.

Any customs documentation used for international clearance reflects customs value only and is not shared with the recipient.

We will always declare your jewelry accurately and provide all required documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.

5. Shipping Addresses

For security reasons:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, lockers, or freight forwarding services.

A valid residential or business address is required.

A signature from someone 18+ is mandatory upon delivery.

To protect your surprise:

• Outer packaging is plain and unbranded
• Your ring is placed in our signature minimalist JAGA PARI jewelry box

Your proposal stays a secret until the moment you choose to reveal it.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Although rare, if a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged:

• Our team immediately initiates an insurance and courier investigation
• We work closely with you until resolution
• A replacement will be made in accordance with carrier and insurance guidelines

Please report any delivery issue within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.
