By accessing the Site or placing an order with JAGA PARI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms (as amended from time to time) and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy (if applicable), and Warranty Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law in your jurisdiction. You may only use the Site and place orders for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and applicable law.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders placed on the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.
  
  
• A binding agreement is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email that your ring has entered production (see Shipping Policy for production timeline).
  
  
• Titles, descriptions, images, and pricing of our rings may change without notice.
  
  
• We make every effort to ensure accuracy of product details, but cannot guarantee inventory for made-to-order items beyond the confirmed order.
  

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices displayed on the Site are in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  
  
• We accept payment methods listed at checkout. All payments must be authorized and cleared prior to acceptance of your order.
  
  
• You are responsible for providing current and complete payment information. Any problems with payment may delay or cancel your order.

5. Production, Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy. These Terms incorporate that policy by reference and by ordering you acknowledge your understanding of the return/exchange procedures, any associated fees, and conditions (including custom-fit rings and bespoke modifications) that may apply.

7. Customisation & Made-to-Order Products

• Many JAGA PARI rings are made-to-order, customised by diamond size, gold colour, or ring size.
  
  
• Customised and bespoke rings may take longer to produce and may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges—please refer to the Return Policy.
  
  
• You are responsible for verifying your ring size and preferences; we are not responsible for errors in selection after you have confirmed your order.
  

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site—text, images, logos, designs, graphics, video, trademarks (including our “JAGA PARI” name and logos)—is our property or is licensed to us, and protected by intellectual property laws.
  
  
• You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or exploit any part of the Site or our content without our prior written consent.
  
  
• The ring designs are unique creations of JAGA PARI and are protected; copying or imitation may result in legal action.

• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms or in connection with the Site or our products shall not exceed the total purchase price of the product you ordered from us.
